Let’s work together.
Near or far.
In 2020, I served on a task force with Opera America to put together best practices and research concerning evaluating singing digitally. I went on to produce the Met Competition throughout the pandemic, training my industry colleagues to listen through whatever setup they had and onboarding over 600 singers to sound their best with the technology available to them.
That said, we can work with everything from Zoom on a smart phone to a more advanced setup with external microphone and a laptop. If you/your student is interested in making quality recordings over time and would like to make the investment in a studio quality microphone, I’m glad to provide recommendations on this topic, but this is certainly not a requirement.
